REFUSED ARE F**KING DEAD!
Refused is having a last tour, as fellow Scandinavians we needed to capture it.
We all know there’s American hardcore, English hardcore, Japanese hardcore, Thailand hardcore, but Swedish is something different. For this show, all who were there got to experience Refused’s political symbolism and adamant lyrics.

It all started with the openers, Deafclub and Quicksand. Deafclub started off with a bang, after all they are one of the most deafening bands to perform. Between the guitarists jumping and laying on the floor, Justin Pearson jumping into the crowd and pulling fans close to him whilst yelling into their faces, this is truly an experience you need to have.

Then came Quicksand. Quicksand supported them with seamless energy and stylistic depth, forging a powerful, complementary presence. Together, they made The Sound that night the perfect site for a memorable, heartfelt goodbye in punk rock history.

Refused’s farewell show in Del Mar was a masterclass in concluding a legacy tour on a high note—tense, theatrical, impassioned, and deeply personal.
